KellyBelle artisans are professionals with a passion for art and design. We are fully insured to service your residential and commercial artistic projects. Our talent and love of aesthetic experimentation and expression result in the creation of innovative, one-of-a-kind finishes.
We are continually upgrading our techniques through workshops, seminars, and industry tradeshows. KellyBelle Studios is a member of the Greater Maryland Decorative Artisans, the Capital Area Decorative Artisans, the International Decorative Artisans League, and is an Industry Partner with the American Society of Interior Designers.
Cathy Rinn
Cathy Rinn is a native of the Washington DC metro area with a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Moore College of Art and Design in Philadelphia. Her extensive training, experience, and expertise in color theory have made her a sought after decorative finisher. Cathy has been painting inspired walls, furniture, floors and ceilings, counter-tops, fabric, and custom murals since 1990.
Betsey Engel
Betsey Engel, a full-time artist for 15 years, specializes in illustration and fine hand-painting. In addition to decorative finishes and creative murals, Betsey offers custom painted home accessories and furniture, showcasing her amazing attention to detail. Betsey is the "Kid's Room Whisperer"! Betsey holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the University of Maryland.
